CR1000 default http web page

GeodeNZ Mar 14, 2017 10:58 PM

Hello,

I have a CR1000 in the field along with a raven XT modem (running fine for two years). I recently noticed over the last couple of days the default http page has stopped loading. I can connect via loggernet, collect data just fine, no obvious errors in the status table etc. All the data tables appear fine. The logger is programmed to reboot the modem once a day, this has not cleared up the issue. O.S. version is 31. When I visit the site next week I'll reboot the logger as well to see if this takes care of it. Below is the web page response

The xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx page isn’t working

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Thanks

We are in the process of uploading OS version 31.02 to the website that should resolve this issue.  We found a memory leak in the datalogger's HTTP server.

That is great, thank you.

I loaded OS 31.02 on Tuesday (3/21/2017). After installing the new OS I loaded my stations default settings using device configurator, after which I couldn't connect to the CR1000 (using device config or loggernet). I powered cycled the logger and was able to reconnect and load my program, the OS was showing 31.02 and the default setting were loaded correctly. Everything seemed fine, then this morning I lost contact with the staion. When using Loggernet, it will eventually show that it is connected, but when I look at the status table it gives the error

Error polling status table , a communication failure has occured. Then it disconnects from the logger.
