Overview

This service requires an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from Campbell Scientific. The data-acquisition system is fully bench-tested to ensure that its original specifications are met. The internal lithium battery and desiccant pack are replaced, and the operating system is updated to the newest version. It is then tested over the system's published temperature range. The system is returned with all settings restored to default unless otherwise specified. If the system requires repair, those costs will be added to the invoice.
