- I am trying to communicate with my new CC640 with a WinXP Pro SP2 notebook. I installed the CSI Device Config Utility (v1.3 from the included cd) and did the Power On - Setup on the camera, but I get "The Device version number, 1, is not defined for device, 11." I tried downloading the newest Device Config Utility (1.4) but it didn't have the CC640 listed. How do I communicate?
- Is it possible to watch real-time online images using the CC640 and a suitable data logger? How it is possible to retrieve data from the camera, as there is only one RS-232 terminal on the data logger, which is usually used for a GPRS device?
