Update 4.6.2 : Error with Avira Antivirus

I just tried to install Patch 4.6.2. but Avira Antivirus puts everything in the LoggerNet Folder to Quarantine. LNCmd. exe is tagged with https://www.avira.com/en/support-threats-summary/7952?track=1 , everything else is called "suspected datafile". 

German Windows 10. 

Is there any updated initial setup for download? I only have the originally delivered 4.4.2 from the CD.

You will need to temporarily disable your antivirus software during the installation of the software.

I am sorry, but now every installation (also tried my basic 4.4.2 and 4.5.1) is moved to quarantine when Avira is turned on. I need to restore the files from quarantine and set them as an exception. That is why I asked for a new installation file.
